Delegated, read-only, organizer-only
Series Attendance Roster is a multi-tenant web app that reads attendance reports of meetings the signed-in user organizes. It uses delegated, read-only Microsoft Graph permissions only.
| Permission (delegated) | Admin consent required by default | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
User.Read | No | Your name and e-mail address (sign-in, monthly e-mail). |
Calendars.ReadBasic | No | Find your recurring meetings and their dates and join links (no bodies or attachments). |
OnlineMeetings.Read | No | Look up the Teams meeting behind a join link. |
OnlineMeetingArtifact.Read.All | No | Read the attendance reports of meetings you organize (Microsoft returns them only to the organizer). |
offline_access | No | Keep archiving after you close the browser (refresh token). |
- No application permissions and no application access policy (no PowerShell). The app can only see what the signed-in organizer can see.
- Microsoft returns attendance reports only to the meeting organizer.
- Publisher verification: not verified yet (it requires a verified Microsoft Partner Center account; in progress). If your tenant allows user consent only for verified publishers, users will see "Need admin approval".
Approve for your organization
A Global Administrator, Privileged Role Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator or Application Administrator can grant tenant-wide consent for the permissions above:
Admin consent opens with the app. Join the waitlist and we e-mail you once, when it is available.
You can review or remove the app any time in Microsoft Entra admin center → Enterprise applications.
Data handling
See Security, Privacy and the data processing terms. Archived attendance data is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), kept for the retention period the organizer chooses (default 24 months) and deleted on request.
