Terms of service

Last updated 16 October 2026. These terms are between you (the person or organization using Series Attendance Roster) and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye.

1. The service

Series Attendance Roster reads, with your permission, the attendance reports of Microsoft Teams meetings you organize, archives them and produces rosters and files. It is an independent product, not affiliated with Microsoft. It is a record-keeping aid, not a certification of attendance.

2. Your responsibilities

You must be allowed by your organization to use the app and to process attendees' data; inform attendees as your law requires. Check flagged items (name-only matches, hidden durations, missing reports) before relying on a roster.

3. Plans and payment

Free plan as described on the pricing page. Pro: $15 per month per organizer or $150 per year. Team: $49 per month for up to 15 organizers of one organization. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record; its buyer terms apply.

4. Availability and limits

The service depends on Microsoft Graph and your tenant's settings. Microsoft returns at most the 50 most recent reports per meeting and removes reports when the organizer leaves; we cannot recover data Microsoft no longer provides.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Termination

You can delete your data and stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

7. Law

Laws of the Republic of Türkiye; courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules of your country.
