Refund policy

• Every account starts with a 14-day trial without payment, so you can test before buying.
• Monthly plans ($15 Pro, $49 Team): cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid month. The first payment is refundable within 14 days on request.
• Yearly Pro ($150): refundable in full within 14 days; afterwards pro rata for unused full months on request.
• A full refund or a chargeback ends paid access immediately and cancels the subscription (your archive stays readable on the Free plan until you delete it).
• Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Write to support@atesensoftware.com with your order e-mail, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.
